How does the 10% offer work?
Place a collection order over £30 at order.tawanchay.com and the 10% is taken off automatically at checkout — there’s no code to enter. It applies to direct collection orders only (not delivery apps or dine-in bills) and can’t be combined with other offers.
Do you deliver?
Ordering direct through our website is collection only. If you need delivery, you may find Tawan Chay on the usual delivery apps, but the direct-order discount only applies to collection orders placed with us.
How long will my order take?
Everything is cooked fresh once your order comes through, so timing depends on how busy the kitchen is. Your collection time is shown when you check out, and you can call us on 07399 795566 if you need to change it.
Is the takeaway menu the same as the restaurant menu?
Yes. You’re ordering from the same kitchen and the same main menu, from appetizers and soups through curries, stir-fries, noodles and chef’s specials.
Are there vegetarian options?
Plenty. Most curries, stir-fries and noodle dishes are available with vegetables or tofu, and vegetarian dishes are marked V on the menu.
What about allergies?
